Abstract
This Executive Summary provides background information about the State Revolving Fund (SRF) and program highlights. More detailed information is included in the Clean Water SRF and Drinking Water SRF Annual Reports that follow which cover the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. The SRF is one of Iowa’s primary sources for investments in safe and clean water. Here are a few examples that show the varying issues that are being addressed in our state and how SRF is helping.
