Abstract

This manual has been prepared by the Iowa Veterans Service Committee, which was appointed by the Governor and organized under the authority of Retraining and Reemployment Administration to coordinate the efforts of all interested groups and to supervise and encourage the establishment of local veterans service committees and information centers. The manual is designed to show local groups how to set up information centers that will assist veterans.
