Abstract

A study of the procedures and administration of the Supreme Court of Iowa, including a historical background and the trends that it may expect in the future. The contents of the study include: interviews with justices and judicial staff, Court facility inspections, analysis of the judicial process, the efficiency of the appeal process, the function(s) of the court staff, and recommendations on how to improve on the appellate court process.
