Abstract
Clarification on Workers’ Compensation Payments This bulletin is to clarify how workers’ compensation payments should be treated under IPERS. Workers’ compensation payments should never be covered. We recommend you note that information in Section 4 of the Employer Handbook, if you have a printed copy.
