Abstract
The purpose of this hearing is to establish the sources and extent of the pollution said to exist of the tributary to the Middle Fork Little Maquoketa River below the Holy Cross Cooperative Creamery Association, and to determine whether or not an order should be entered to desist in any practices found to be the cause of the contamination and pollution.
