Abstract
The purpose of this study was to provide an updated, comprehensive, and quantitative assessment of groundwater resources in the Silurian aquifer in east-central Iowa, especially in the high usage areas of Johnson, Linn, and Scott counties. The assessment included the development of a three-dimensional groundwater flow model to guide future development and utilization of the aquifer.
