Abstract
Children’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Workgroup and to submit a report regarding children’s mental health crisis services. The Workgroup was charged with making recommendations regarding the next steps in establishing a children’s system. The Workgroup recommends building on the lessons being learned by the two children’s mental health crisis grants and the two child wellbeing learning labs by requesting appropriations to fund competitively bid grants for Children’s Wellbeing Collaboratives that focus on child and family wellbeing, including mental health, through prevention and early intervention.
