Abstract
The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) administers this program in Iowa, as specified in Iowa Code Section 16.52. In accordance with Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code (the Code), IFA has developed this First Amended Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) to establish the criteria and process for the allocation of the housing Tax Credit to qualified rental housing developments in Iowa. IFA will implement the QAP following approval of the First Amended QAP by the IFA Board of Directors, and final approval by the Governor.
