Abstract
Home Economists, working as they do in a variety of contacts with people of all types always with the goal of trying to improve their living conditions in one way or another, are a particularly important group of people with whom gerontologists should have dialogues. Indeed, it is our hope that these proceedings will reach many more of t11ese interested people than were able to attend the workshop during the summer of 1964.
