Abstract
The intent of this document is to outline the expectations of the department in the design and development of Iowa's CCPRES. This system shall address and provide assurances that quality, access, and accountability are evident in each community college vocational education program offering. It is the expectation of the department that community colleges will have program review and evaluation plans submitted by July of 1996 for approval. Colleges will implement the plans during the fiscal year of 1997 with data reported to the department by August of 1997.
