Abstract
In the Report of the undersigned of the, first of December last, we were enabled to communicate. the gratifying fact of the final settlement of the question as to .the ex tension of the Des Moines River Congressional Grant, from the Raccoon Fork to the source, of the River, whereby a million of acres more of land were secured for the use of its improvement.
