Abstract
Labor demand information is based on the Fort Dodge Job Service unfilled openings data taken from the ESARS, MODS, and job Bank Systems. An opening is considered unfilled until it is either filled by reason of placement or cancelled. Labor demand, or hard-to-fill occupational needs are reflected by difficulties experienced in filling job openings.
