Abstract
The HIV and Hepatitis Prevention Program provides navigation services to assist individuals through the process of acquiring biomedical HIV prevention interventions (pre and post-exposure prophylaxis). In partnership with public health service providers and community-based medical providers, individuals interested in preexposure prophylaxis (PrEP) are actively referred for navigation services. Services provided range from benefits navigation, patient assistance enrollment, and enrollment with community-based and telehealth PrEP providers.
