Abstract
This study was requested by the Iowa Department of Soil Conservation, Iowa Department of Water, Air and Waste Management, Iowa Conservation Commission, the Des Moines River Conservancy District, and the Minnesota Soil and Water Conservation Board. The information developed from this study will be used for the programs of the sponsors and participating agencies. Many of the alternatives explored and the recommendations made as part of this cooperative study will be used directly in future planning processes.
