Abstract
This study has been performed by Stanley Consultants, Inc. to investigate the nature of the roadway lighting problems on the I-235 corridor through Des Moines and West Des Moines in Polk County. From the investigation, alternative solutions have been reviewed, leading to a recommended scheme and the development of projects.
