Abstract
The Highway Division, through the Offices of Maintenance, Contracts, Purchasing & Inventory and the District Offices, develops annual programs for procurement by formal contract of maintenance materials such as shoulder aggregate, asphaltic materials, chemicals, etc., and rehabilitative services such as bridge painting, pavement patching, sealcoating, resurfacing, etc.
