Abstract

Smallmouth bass population dynamics were studied in two areas of the Maquoketa River, Delaware County. Basa were captured in spring and autumn by electrofishing. Length, weight, and scale samples were taken from many bass while some were tagged prior to release. These data were supplemented by an expandable sport fishery survey.
