Abstract
The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) funds wastewater treatment, sewer rehabilitation, and stormwater quality improvements, as well as non-point source projects. The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) funds water treatment plants or improvements to existing facilities, water line extensions to existing unserved properties, water storage facilities, wells, and source water protection efforts. This Executive Summary provides background information about Iowa’s State Revolving Fund (SRF) Programs and highlights projects from this fiscal year as well as some of the Programs’ operational successes. More detailed information on Program accomplishments is included in the CWSRF and DWSRF Annual Reports that follow, covering the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
