Abstract

The work zone enforcement study was completed with the assistance of the Scott County Board of Supervisors, City of Davenport and the City of Bettendorf with the intent of determining the effectiveness of the presence of law enforcement within work zones. This is a pilot study for the Federal Highway Administration, the Iowa Department of Transportation and the Iowa Governor's Traffic Study Bureau.
