Abstract
A Comprehensive City Plan was prepared between 1958 and 1960, along with the adoption of the zoning ordinance and a building code in 1959. In 1965, due to new industry, anticipated local highway improvements and population increases, updating parts of the Comprehensive Plan became imperative. The following reports were published separately and parts are included in this Comprehensive Plan report as a composite updating of the original Comprehensive Plan.
