Abstract
The purpose of this Personnel manual is to provide you, with a brief summary of all Regional Transit Commission benefits, policies and personnel procedures. It is designed to be a v1orking guide for the employees of the Commission in the day-to-day operations. This manual should further eliminate the need for personal decisions on matters of Commission policies and procedures, and help to assure uniformity throughout the organizational structure. Each employee will be given a copy of this manual to be kept for future reference.
