Abstract
This Affirmative Action Fonns Manual has been prepared for the purpose of facilitating the development and implementation of employers' affirmative action plans and programs. These forms should be used in conjunction with the booklet entitled Guideline for Affirmative Action Plan Development mand the revised edition of the red booklet entitled Affirmative Action.
