Abstract
Iowa has a 10,000-mile primary highway system, but it's obvious some roads play a larger role in the state's economy. Careful study of Iowa's highway system has identified a "Commercial Network" of 2,300 miles of highway considered crucial to the state's economic well-being and growth.
