Abstract
The Economic Growth Centers and Development Highway Demonstration Projects program will play a vital role in the shaping of the future for the nation. It is rapidly becoming apparent that the pervasive trend toward population concentration in the urban megalopolis is causing a deterioration in the quality of life enjoyed by the nation citizenry.
