Abstract
The proposed Iowa Falls Gateway rail road network (Gateway), shown on the following Exhibit 1, is a portion of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company (Rock Island Railroad) presently operating within north central Iowa. This railroad system consists of approximately 346.3 route miles of track and operating rights over an additional 54.9 miles of track owned by the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Rail road Company (Milwaukee Railroad).
