Abstract
This preliminary Committee necessarily presents fragmentary and incomplete findings. It is now clearly apparent that the final 1950 report of the Committee will fall far short of adequacy. But, significantly, the Committee feels that t he very inadequacy provides the strongest stimulus to increased and improved recreation in Iowa in the years ahead.
