Abstract
The purpose of this bulletin is to show in a general way what benefits may be derived from ornamental street lighting and to place in the hands of those contemplating the installation of a lighting system information of such a nature that they may have a general idea of correct procedure. The kind of installation, the construction work and the cost of installation and operation, as they apply to mall cities and towns, will be discussed in a general way.
