Abstract
This report was prepared as a result of a manpower study conducted by the Smaller Communities Program of the Iowa Employment Security Commission. The study which lasted from November l through December 16 of 1965 was sponsored by the county's three industrial groups and Iowa Growth and Inc., an organization of six counties in north central Iowa.
