Abstract
The Iowa Flood Mitigation Program was signed into law by the governor as a mechanism to assist local government in their efforts to break the cycle of damage, reconstruction and repeat damage cause by flooding. This informational document is about this issue by the Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
