Abstract
The Gap Tuition Program was established to provide funding to community colleges for need-based tuition assistance to applicants for the completion of continuing education certificate training programs for in demand occupations. One component of eligibility for Gap tuition assistance is based on financial need. Criteria to be assessed in determining financial need.
