Abstract
A survey of Iowa trout angler activities and preferences has been conducted every five years since 1975. Surveys conducted in 1975, 1980, 1986, 1991, 1996 and 2001 (Moeller 1976, 1987, 1992, 1997, 2002; and Paragamian 1983) were telephone surveys. The 2006 survey was redesigned from a telephone survey into a mail survey.
