Abstract
The 1983-84 student follow-up involved a sample of approximately 20% of the local education agencies offering programs to prepare students for employment. The sampling plan was developed according to NCES parameters in a manner to maximize representation in terms of students, variety and number of programs, and geographic location of LEA's over a five year period.
