Abstract
This is a supplement to the needs assessment that was used to identify where Iowa's greatest needs are in vocational education. The original assessment did not include quantitative data and only addressed eight of the twelve areas outlined in the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Applied Technology Education Act of 1990.
