Abstract
This report describes the equipment and techniques used in the Photo/File Survey and presents an evaluation of this system with regard to its application and use by the Iowa State highway Commission. Photo/File Surveys were to supply the specialized equipment and trained personnel necessary to photograph 200 miles of the Iowa primary road system
