Abstract
The purpose of this User Guide is to equip those involved in preparing access change request documents with details of the process and expectations to efficiently complete an access change request. This User Guide is written for all parties involved in the process, including local agencies, consulting engineers, Iowa DOT staff, and others participating in the access document preparation and approval process.
