Abstract
What is the purpose of this report? This report serves two major purposes. First, this report satisfies the Federal Clean Water Act requirement to develop a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) report for all impaired 303(d) waterbodies. Second, this report should serve as a resource for locallydriven water quality improvements to Silver Lake in an effort to improve the water body and successfully restore the lake.
