Abstract
A major objective of the "Land, Water and Energy in Century III" public affairs program is to increase citizen understanding of public policy relative to Iowa's natural resource base. Because future policy may determine who gets to use our limited resources, citizen participation is needed now to insure fairness, understanding and support for difficult decisions regarding future land, water and energy uses.
