Abstract
The Joint Legislative Committee on Taxation, together with the State Board of Assessment and Review, have given careful consideration to the tax situation, as set out in the Preamble to House Joint Resolution No.9, and in obedience to the mandate of the Resolution, submit this report, and recommend that the following changes he made in the revenue laws of the state.
