Abstract

This booklet is intended as a brief statement of the more important provisions of the Iowa Unemployment Compensation law, as amended in 1939, together with rulings and interpretations as of January 1, 1940. The statements herein carry no force of law in themselves but may serve as a guide to the worker or other interested parties in so far as they do not conflict with any rule, regulation or interpretation of the Commission or of the courts.
