Abstract
The effects of additives, storage and temperature on cryopreservation of walleye (Stizostedion vitreum vitreum) and muskellunge (Esox masquinongy) semen were investigated. Chemical analyses of semen and information from the literature were used to characterize the chemical properties of muskellunge and walleye semen.
