Abstract
This report is a winter follow-up study of the East and West Forks of the Des Moines River and the Des Moines River from Fort Dodge to Des Moines, Iowa. An initial study was performed during the summer of 1973 and reported to the Water Quality Commission {State Hygienic Laboratory report #74-11 and #74 - 19). This report covered the same area as reports #74 - 11 and #74 - 19, collected during a period of low flow, low temperature and ice cover.
