Abstract
The Iowa Water Pollution Control Commission, the Limnology Division of the State Hygienic Laboratory conducted a survey of the Maquoketa River in the Manchester area on 7 August 1973. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the potential detrimental effects of municipal and industrial discharges into the river on water quality and aquatic life.
