Abstract
The Department’s budget request for state fiscal year 2025 (SFY25) is submitted for consideration by the Council on Health and Human Services. The SFY25 request is largely status quo in both structure and funding. The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, (Iowa HHS) is in its first year as a new agency, after considerable transformation and with significant system changes on the horizon.
