Abstract
The use of the guide has became more broadly based than antic" pated. Feedback from potential users makes it clear that the guide must be is objectively, without regard to current placements and that the full continue of services must be considered for each child. The professional judgment of teachers and other team members is vital to the successful application of e guide. This subjective aspect of decision-making is best applied after the information is viewed in a systematic and orderly fashion.
