Abstract
Each school needs to have a statement of philosophy before attempting an outline of objectives. The objectives describe how the school proposes to realize the stated philosophy. The objectives should be realistic in terms of probable achievement since each school is judged on how consistent objectives appear to be as viewed after examination of subject evaluation, local provision for offerings, services, staff, and facilities.
