Abstract
In August of 1978, the West Union City Council requested assistance from the Local Government Personnel Service Center of the State of Iowa's Office for Planning and Programming. This assistance was to be in the form of the writing of job descriptions for the employees of the City of West Unio This document is the result of the study that was conducted.
