Abstract
This community food assessment of Palo Alto County, we examine how people access their food supply, how they solve the problems of food availability and quality, and their nutritional status. Household food access' and insecurity problems are not simply the result of individual characteristics but are also related to the food environment where people live. We offer a snapshot in time of community food resources and the food choices, diets, and health of county residents.
