Abstract
This report was prepared at the request of the State of Iowa with support from the State of Illinois and the State of Wisconsin by Owen Ayres and Associates, Inc., Eau Claire, Wisconsin, for the Rock Island District, Corps of Engineers under continuing authority provided in Section 206 of the 1960 Flood Control Act.
