Abstract
Rules and Regulations Relating to Air Pollution Control were developed to implement Chapter 455B, Code of Iowa, 1973 and to incorporate, with certain modifications, the Department of Environmental Quality Rules published in the 1973 Iowa Departmental Rules, pages 267-284. These rules and regulations contain definitions of applicable terms, and limitations on the discharge of air contaminants with emphasis on particulate emissions (including fugitive dusts), and sulfur oxides.
