Abstract

The primary purpose of this publication is to provide leaders and citizens with information about the major population changes affecting the Council Bluffs Area. The area includes eight counties in southwest Iowa: Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie and Shelby. This area (Region 13) has been suggested by the Office for Planning and Programming for planning purposes.
